Now that you have 2 sets of names from the previous step, we’ll need to make 2 different maps! 🗺️😍

Mapping out your fellow and Inspiring Blue Birds will help you understand where your brand is positioned in relation to its similars and the ones that inspire you. 🌈

Follow these steps carefully, take your time to build both maps, and soon you’ll see where your brand fits around its competitors 🥰

It’s not a super powerful exercise that will give you tones of insightful information, but it’s the beginning of that road! 💞 This exercise will mostly give you awareness, a bird’s eye view, and that’s how we start narrowing down and focus. 👌

🍄 TIP: You can use it to check your competitors or the brands that inspire you, but this method of mapping can be used outside the #branding world as well! Why not? 🤷‍♀️ You just need a group of subjects with something that connects them, the traits you want want to evaluate in them, and BOOM! 🤯 Go crazy with it! 😝
